MATH 151 - Contemporary Calculus I Credits: 4 When Offered: Spring Prerequisite(s): MATH 126 with a minimum grade of “C” or placement test.
Intuitive limits, derivatives, graphing, maximum/minimum problems, antiderivatives, definite integrals, area, applications to natural and social science.
Note: First semester of a two-semester sequence. This course is a prerequisite to that of the second semester course. Credit may be received for the work of this course without the completion of the second.
