Welcome to your online Academic Catalog!

This Academic Catalog - formerly known as the Academic Bulletin - is an official publication of Washington Adventist University.  It describes the program offerings, policies and procedures of the university.

Every reasonable effort has been made to present factually accurate information.  However, the provisions of this Catalog are not to be regarded as an irrevocable contract between the university and the student.

The contents of this Catalog, including tuition, charges and fees, are subject to change through normal administrative channels.

Revisions are publicized by appropriate means each school year.

Any regulations adopted during the school year and announced to the students have the same force as if they were published in this Catalog.

The university reviews periodically its policies and procedures on an annual basis.  This initial review is conducted by the Academic Leadership Council.

Students should also refer to the Student Handbook for information regarding campus life, policies, and regulations not related to academics.  This handbook also contains the Residence Life Handbook for those living in the residence halls.  You can access the Student Handbook by selecting the 2025-2026 Student Handbook in the dropdown menu located above the icons at the top right corner of the page.

ICONS / NAVIGATING IN THE CATALOG

Degree Planner

The Degree Planner icon allows you to see, save, and/or print all the information about your program of study in a condensed, printable format.  To access, simply navigate to any program and click the Degree Planner icon at the top right of the page.

Create Your Own Personal Favorites

The My Favorites feature allows you to save information in your own personal folder so you can go directly to it!  Note: Shared computers will reflect favorite pages of anyone who favorited a page, it is not person specific. While navigating in the catalog you can click on the favorites icon on the top right of the page if you wish to favorite the page Click on “My Favorites” link at the bottom of the left navigation bar The next time you go to your favorites, your saved material will be there!
