Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): CHEM 462 .
An introduction to experimental techniques and procedures in biochemistry. Offered in the second semester and focuses on DNA and RNA techniques. Meets one three-hour period per week.

Note: This is the second semester of a two semester sequence. Work of the first semester is a prerequisite to that of the second. Credit May be received for the work of the first semester without completion of the second.
