Prerequisite(s): MGMT 202 with a grade of “C” or higher; ENGL 101 , ENGL 102 and COMM 105 or ENGL 101H and ENGL 102 with a minimum grade of “C.”
This course provides a theoretical knowledge base relevant to organization design problems with an aim to improve organizational effectiveness and functioning. Topics include; organization structure; control and information systems, reward and incentive systems; organization culture; and power and politics. Students will be required to write at least one research paper.
