MONDAY MEETINGS SCHEDULE

The university’s academic and co-curricular calendars have been designed to accommodate major meetings on each Monday of the month. The Monday meeting schedule is structured so that various sectors are assigned a specific Monday from 11:15 am- 12:00 pm.   Departmentals,  the meetings of the academic departments across the university, are assigned the first Monday of each semester, after which departmentals are held on the third Monday of the month, based on the following schedule: 

• 1st Monday - Student Clubs and Orgainzations 
• 2nd Monday - Student Association (SA) Assembly 
• 3rd Monday - Departmentals
• 4th Monday - Class Meetings 
• 5th Monday - Is assigned to specific units by the Vice President for Student Life. It is not open for departments/offices/student organizations to schedule events randomly.
